Reverse Logistics and Deviation Management: We carry out procedures for handling non-conformities, incident management, and return transportation of temperature-sensitive products.

Qualified Packaging: We supply packaging for temperature-sensitive products. Our disposable packaging is qualified to maintain temperature for up to 72 hours. Returnable packaging is qualified to maintain refrigerated temperature for up to 96 hours.

Personnel Training
GMP/BPD Training: Our employees are trained and qualified in the handling practices of health products, pharmaceutical products and supplies, cosmetics, related products (including biological products), food, household cleaning products, personal hygiene and safety.

Contingency Plan: We have plans for emergency situations (example: power outage in cold storage).
Deviation Handling (CAPA): Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are implemented to investigate quality deviations.
